Ever since John Wagner built the first high capacity shredder in the industry over 40 years ago ­– with a 15 Hp motor, a major feat at the time – Allegheny has built superior equipment in response to the needs of our customers. When a customer has a problem, we come up with a solution to enable them to become more productive and more profitable. For example, a customer request for an easier way to feed documents into their large shredder inspired our Auto-Feed™ System. We recently developed the Fast Tip optional package for our HLS Tipper to allow high speed “dump and run” of materials for faster processing. As customer needs change, our design team is ready to create new solutions to meet those needs.
