The future of solid state destruction is here, and Allegheny has added to its already extensive line of information destruction equipment. The Allegheny DataSlayer is Allegheny’s new hybrid pulverizing system, allowing customers to destroy solid-state media such as SSD’s, cell phones, circuit boards, thumb drives, tablets, etc. to 2 mm shred particles. Built with Allegheny’s proprietary cutting assembly, the Dataslayer has a multi-stage cutting system that allows for secure destruction of solid state products with a machine capacity that is unmatched by anyone in the industry.
The Allegheny DataSlayer is available in 2 different models. The first is the DataSlayer 304, which has a dual stage cross-cut cutting assembly that discharges into a second dual stage chamber hammermill, allowing for the product to be processed through a unique quad cut process before being discharge through a 2 mm screen, which is hooked to an air filtration system. The other available model is the DataSlayer 406, which is a “dump and run” system that has a dual stage chamber hammermill powered by two 15 Hp. motors, producing the same 2 mm particle size with a much higher capacity than the 304. Both systems can be equipped with air filtration system and enclosure upon request, as well as different screen sizes and voltages.
